Ontarians with Disability Act

Are you aware of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act?

Introducing the AODA: How to Comply with the Accessible Customer Service Standards
This one hour session is designed for Business Owners & Managers. We will review the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act & will walk you through the steps of compliance. Examples of Customer Service Policies and ‘Next Steps’ will inform you on your responsibilities to be compliant by January 1, 2012.*
Date: Wednesday, April 13th from 4-5 p.m. (Pre-register by April 8)
Cost: $20.00 per person (Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce Members’ special price)

AODA Customer Service Compliance Session

This two hour session is designed for decision makers, staff, and volunteers and serves as Accessible Customer Service Compliance Training under the AODA. Participants will become more aware of disabilities, barriers, & will learn how to communicate with people with disabilities.

Date: Tuesday, April 19th from 1-3 p.m. (Pre-register by April 15)

Cost: $30.00 per person (Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce Members’ special price)

Pre-registration required for all workshops. Minimum of 4 participants.
Workshops will be held in the Boardroom at 850 Hartman Drive, Midland
