News for Members

News from the President of the Southern Georgian Bay Chamber of Commerce
(Announcement and attention to the Chamber Members)

March 18, 2012. As one of the Chamber’s main objectives is to serve our membership with many benefits, promotional and networking opportunities, the Chamber is committed in promoting our region as a wonderful tourism destination with memorable experiences in a wide range of activities.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Mayors and Councils of the Municipalities of Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny and Tay for their financial contributions in the past years that greatly assisted the Chamber in providing quality tourism services on behalf of our local business communities.

Though our financial status with the Municipalities has changed, we would like assure our Members that the Chamber will continue to provide tourism services on behalf of our members and we will investigate all possibilities of partnership with the Municipalities so that we may continue to work in collaboration in offering the best customer service to our guests.

We remain committed to supporting our Members and the local communities.

Should you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me or Denise Hayes, General Manager.

Sincerely, John Walker - President
